Keep trying to communicate your pain, try to understand the biologically and physiological components behind it, and make whatever changes you can to improve yourself, your mood, and etc. If you had the misfortune of meeting health professionals and people in your lives that dismiss your mental illness and loneliness, I'm sorry.
